Join the Palestinian Youth Movement Toronto chpater for a Know Your Rights workshop in collaboration with the Community Justice Collective and SURJ. In the last several months, we’ve seen an increased trend of police violence and suppression at actions for Palestine across the city and the country. From increased police presence and violence at actions, to over 28 arrests in the city, it’s clear that the city of Toronto is using taxpayer money to crackdown on pro-Palestinian organizing and support. We know that we keep each other safe, and the state cannot intimidate us. Knowing our rights is essential in ensuring that all of us feel protected to continue our organizing work to end the Israeli genocide in Gaza, and to liberate Palestine, from the river to the sea.
