1.1. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. The competition is hosted by Gloucestershire Libraries.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom.
3. Entry Requirements
3.1. Entries must be submitted via the official online submission form available on the Gloucestershire Libraries website or submitted to their local library site in Gloucestershire. 3.2. Only one entry per person is allowed. 3.3. The submission must be the original work of the participant and must not infringe on the rights of any third party. 3.4. The closing date for entries is Saturday, 12th October 2024, at 11:59 PM. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
4. Submission Guidelines
4.1. Gloucestershire Libraries reserves the right to disqualify any submission that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise violates these Terms and Conditions.
5. Use of Submissions
5.1. By entering the competition, participants grant Gloucestershire Libraries license to use, reproduce, and distribute their submission for promotional and archival purposes. 5.2. Gloucestershire Libraries may publish the winning submissions on its website, social media channels, and in other promotional materials.
6. Data Protection
6.1. Personal data provided during the entry process will be used only for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winners. 6.2. Gloucestershire Libraries will handle all personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
