Massachusetts has officially become the 17th state to pass driver’s licenses! Congratulations and thank you for being a part of this victory! The Work and Family Mobility Act, which will become effective in July 2023, will allow Bay Staters to apply for driver's licenses, regardless of immigration status. Email your State Legislator(s) to thank them for voting to override the Governor’s veto.
