PSUFA Bargaining Testimony

We will be accepting testimonies throughout bargaining, but the sooner you can get it in the better. Our first meeting is March 10. We will be sharing some testimony that day and more on April 6th at our Rally!

Can you tell us how equal pay for equal work matters to you, and how are you impacted by not being paid enough?
How has inflation and cost of living increases impacted you?
Have you struggled to access affordable healthcare or paid leave? How has not having easy access to appropriate benefits impacted you?
Are you a parent or care-giver? How does that make adjuncting more challenging? What kind of support do you wish you had from PSU around your care-giving work?
Did you get the on-boarding you needed from your department? If you didn't, how did that impact you? What kinds of on-boarding would you have appreciated?
Do you do any unpaid work for PSU? What is that work and how does being unpaid for this impact you?
Can you share how your work as an adjunct is your main job, not a side gig, and how that impacts you?
For women, queer, Black, Indigenous or other minoritized people, how does adjuncting affect you?
Please share any other issues impacting you that could help us convey your needs and experiences as an adjunct.
