The backroom debt ceiling deal, known as the “Fiscal Responsibility Act" has now fast-tracked completion of the Mountain Valley Pipeline by greenlighting all of the pipeline's authorizations and removing judicial review.

We *DO NOT* expect anyone to risk arrest, and there will be clearly designated zones for those who *DO NOT* wish to risk arrest but desire to be present. Being present at a distance and holding space for those who are risking arrest is an important act of solidarity.
